Alejandro Miguel Quarto joined Persuasive Games Latin America, S.A. in 2006 as a General Manager, starting his career in interactive entertainment as a freelance programmer. Michel Romecki: Passionated by computers and especially programming, he is an auto-didact coder. He worked as free-lance for few years, playing with design and code using mainly Flash. James Ward (www.jamesward.com) is a Technical Evangelist for Flex at Adobe and Adobe’s JCP representative to JSR 286, 299, and 301. Much like his love for climbing mountains he enjoys programming because it provides endless new discoveries, elegant workarounds, summits and valleys.
